(Trial Period)Trial of a supplement civil action shall be conducted subsequent to the trial of criminal action; provided that the presiding judge may order simultaneous investigation upon finding it necessary.

附帶民事訴訟之審理，應於審理刑事訴訟後行之。
但審判長如認為適當者，亦得同時調查。
