(Motion for Interpretation – Meanings of a Guilty Judgment)Where a party doubts the meaning of a guilty judgment, he/she may request the court which pronounces such judgment for interpretation.

當事人對於有罪裁判之文義有疑義者，得向諭知該裁判之法院聲明疑義。
