(Medical Care for Sentenced Person Suspended from Execution)A prosecutor may send a sentenced person to the hospital or other proper location if the execution is suspended pursuant to Subparagraphs 1 and 4 of the preceding article.

依前條第一款及第四款情形停止執行者，檢察官得將受刑人送入醫院或其他適當之處所。
