The adjudication other than correction measures shall be executed once the adjudication becomes final, unless otherwise prescribed.In the case of the preceding paragraph, the prosecutor may, when necessary, execute the adjudication before the adjudicating court delivers the case file.

裁判除關於保安處分者外，於確定後執行之。
