(Effect of a Judgment for Extraordinary Appeal)The effect of a judgment for extraordinary appeal does not apply to the defendant unless provided in the proviso of Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article.

非常上訴之判決，除依前條第一項第一款但書及第二項規定者外，其效力不及於被告。
