(Publication of a Not Guilty Judgment in the Retrial)Where a motion for retrial for interests of the convicted is pronounced a judgment of not guilty, the court shall publish the judgment in public journals or other newspapers.

為受判決人之利益聲請再審之案件，諭知無罪之判決者，應將該判決書刊登公報或其他報紙。
