(Period of Motion for Retrial (III))Once the judgment if final, if more than one-half of the period specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 80 of the Criminal Code has lapsed, a motion for retrial against interests of the convicted may not be filed.

為受判決人之不利益聲請再審，於判決確定後，經過刑法第八十條第一項期間二分之一者，不得為之。
