(Period for Interlocutory Appeals)Unless otherwise provided, the period for interlocutory appeals is 5 days start from the service of ruling; provided that once the ruling is pronounced, an interlocutory appeal after the pronouncement and before the service is also effective.

抗告期間，除有特別規定外，為十日，自送達裁定後起算。
但裁定經宣示者，宣示後送達前之抗告，亦有效力。
