The district court has the jurisdiction over the first instance of a criminal case, provided that the high court has the jurisdiction over the first instance of the following cases:(1) An offense against the internal security of the State;(2) An offense against the external security of the State;(3) An offense of interference with relations with other States.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
