(Submitting Documents in Writing)Before the court of third instance adjudicates the case, an appellant and opposing party may submit the reasons for appeal in writing, written defense, opinion, and amended supplementary reasons in writing to the court of third instance.Copies of the document mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be served to the opposing party by the clerk of court of third instance.

上訴人及他造當事人，在第三審法院未判決前，得提出上訴理由書、答辯書、意見書或追加理由書於第三審法院。
