A private prosecutor shall authorize an agent to appear before the court by a power of attorney, provided that if the court considers it necessary, the private prosecutor may be ordered to appear in person.The agent referred to in the preceding section shall be a lawyer.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
