(Appeal Withdrawal)Appeals may be withdrawn before the judgment is made; the same rule shall apply to cases remanded to the original trial court by the court of third instance or cases remanded to other courts of the same level as the original trial court.

上訴於判決前，得撤回之。
案件經第三審法院發回原審法院，或發交與原審法院同級之他法院者，亦同。
