(Scope of Appeal)The appeal may be brought against part of the judgment; if fails to specify the part appealed, it is considered as an appeal in whole.Relevant parts of the partial judgment appealed are considered as appealed.

上訴得對於判決之一部為之。
對於判決之一部上訴者，其有關係之部分，視為亦已上訴。
但有關係之部分為無罪、免訴或不受理者，不在此限。
上訴得明示僅就判決之刑、沒收或保安處分一部為之。
