Code of Criminal Procedure Article 315
If an offense specified in one of the chapters of the Criminal Code entitled "Offenses of Perjury and Malicious Accusation" or "Offenses of Libel and against Credit" is committed, and if the victim or other person with a right to file the complaint makes application, an order may be issued to require the whole or a part of the written judgment to be published in a newspaper at the expense of the accused.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

犯刑法偽證及誣告罪章或妨害名譽及信用罪章之罪者，因被害人或其他有告訴權人之聲請，得將判決書全部或一部登報，其費用由被告負擔。
