A summons for the first trial date shall be served at least seven days prior thereto, and for the cases specified in Article 61 of the Criminal Code, such summons shall be served at least five days prior to the first trial date.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

第一次審判期日之傳票，至遲應於七日前送達；刑法第六十一條所列各罪之案件至遲應於五日前送達。
