If the accused is unknown, the investigation shall not be concluded before it is ascertained whether the circumstances specified in Article 252 exist.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

犯人不明者，於認有第二百五十二條所定之情形以前，不得終結偵查。
