The provisions of Section three, Chapter I, Part II shall apply to the procedure for setting case for trial, unless otherwise provided by law.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第258-4條
聲請人於前條第二項後段裁定所定期間內提起自訴者，經法院通知後，檢察官應即將該案卷宗及證物送交法院，其審判程序適用第二編第二章之規定；未於該期間內提起自訴者，不得再行自訴。
參與准許提起自訴裁定之法官，不得參與其後自訴之審判。
