If an emergency arises in the course of investigation, the person present or nearby may be ordered to give appropriate assistance; if necessary, a public prosecutor may also request a nearby military officer to send troops to assist.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

實施偵查遇有急迫情形，得命在場或附近之人為相當之輔助。
