A witness or expert witness may be ordered to be present at the time of an inspection.A party, an agent, or a defense attorney may be notified to be present at the time of an inspection to be conducted by public prosecutor, if necessary.The party, agent or defense attorney shall be notified in advance of the date, time, and place of conducting inspection, unless unwillingness to be present had been clearly stated or emergent circumstances exist.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

行勘驗時，得命證人、鑑定人到場。
檢察官實施勘驗，如有必要，得通知當事人、代理人或辯護人到場。
前項勘驗之日、時及處所，應預行通知之。
但事先陳明不願到場或有急迫情形者，不在此限。
