In addition to daily fees and traveling expenses fixed by law, an expert witness may request from the court appropriate compensation and expenses for making an expert examination, the latter can be requested in advance.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第209條
鑑定人於法定之日費、旅費外，得向法院請求相當之報酬及預行酌給或償還因鑑定所支出之費用。
