In case a court deems it is necessary to subpoena a witness due to the motion of the party, agent, defense attorney, or assistant, the person making the motion shall urge the witness to be present.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第176-2條
法院因當事人、代理人、辯護人或輔佐人聲請調查證據，而有傳喚證人之必要者，為聲請之人應促使證人到場。
