The party, agent, defense attorney, or assistant may be present at the time a witness, an expert witness, or an interpreter is being examined.The court shall send notice in advance regarding the date, time, and place of examination specified in preceding section, unless the unwillingness of being present had been declared ahead of time.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
