Code of Criminal Procedure Article 167

The presiding judge shall not restrict or prohibit the examination of witness or expert witness by the party, agent, or defense attorney, unless the examination is inappropriate.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

當事人、代理人或辯護人詰問證人、鑑定人時，審判長除認其有不當者外，不得限制或禁止之。
