The presiding judge shall overrule an objection if it is determined that it was not timely made, it was made for delaying the proceeding or for other illegitimate purposes, unless the subject matter of objection, not timely made, has a critical relationship with the case at bar.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

審判長認異議有遲誤時機、意圖延滯訴訟或其他不合法之情形者，應以處分駁回之。
