If an owner, possessor, or custodian of property which should be seized refuses to surrender or deliver it or resists the seizure without justified cause, such seizure may be effected by force.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第138條
應扣押物之所有人、持有人或保管人無正當理由拒絕提出或交付或抗拒扣押者，得用強制力扣押之。
