Code of Criminal Procedure Article 132-1

After executing the search warrant issued upon application, the public prosecutor, or judicial police officer shall report the results to the court issuing the search warrant; if it cannot be executed, the reasons shall be explained thereof.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第132-1條
檢察官或司法警察官於聲請核發之搜索票執行後，應將執行結果陳報核發搜索票之法院，如未能執行者，應敘明其事由。
