Code of Criminal Procedure Article 106

A public prosecutor shall diligently inspect a place where an accused is detained, report the result of his inspection to the competent superior officer, once every ten days, and notify the court.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

羈押被告之處所，檢察官應勤加視察，按旬將視察情形陳報主管長官，並通知法院。
