The Criminal Speedy Trial Act Article 13

This Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to cases pending in the court before the Act coming into force.Where the court renders a ruling to extend the detention of a accused before Paragraph 2 to 4 of Article 5 come into force, such ruling remains effective.
