The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 87
Each bidder shall seal the written document and drop it into the tender box installed by the enforcement court.The written document referred to in the preceding paragraph shall state the following items:1. The name, age and, address of the bidder;2. The immovable property which he/she intends to purchase;3. The price offered by him/her.

投標人應以書件密封，投入執行法院所設之標匭。
前項書件，應載明左列事項：
一、投標人之姓名、年齡及住址。
二、願買之不動產。
三、願出之價額。
