The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 84
A public announcement of an auction shall be displayed in the enforcement court and at the location of the immovable property or the town/city (district) office of its location.The public announcement of an auction shall be made on the website of the court; where the court considers it necessary, it may order the announcement to be published on an official gazette or newspaper.
