The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 30
Where the compulsory enforcement is based on a court judgment and such judgment has been modified or vacated, the court where the suit was instituted shall, upon the debtor's petition, order the creditor to pay back the costs of compulsory enforcement in its judgment.Provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to enforcement titles other than a court judgment when they are revoked.

依判決為強制執行，其判決經變更或廢棄時，受訴法院因債務人之聲請，應於其判決內，命債權人償還強制執行之費用。
