The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 3
Compulsory enforcement matters shall be carried out by process servers under the supervision of clerks by orders of judges or judicial associate officers.The matters to be carried out by judges as prescribed in this Act may be carried out by judicial associate officers, except for the arrest or custody.
