The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 18

Unless provided otherwise by other laws, the compulsory enforcement proceedings shall not be suspended after its commencement.Where a recovery of status quo ante is petitioned, a rehearing or objection suit is instituted, a continuation of a trial against a settlement is petitioned, a suit to declare a mediation invalid or to revoke a mediation is instituted, or an appeal against a ruling authorizing a compulsory enforcement is instituted, the court may, in necessary circumstances or after determining an adequate and full security upon the petition, make a ruling to suspend the compulsory enforcement.
