The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 112

Where the amount of claims involved in the compulsory enforcement and the costs to be borne by the debtor have been paid off by the revenues derived from the immovable property, the enforcement court shall immediately terminate the compulsory administration. Where the revenues derived from the immovable property are impossible to remain after deducting the administration costs and other necessary expenditure, the enforcement court shall revoke the compulsory administration.
