Commercial Case Adjudication Act Article 10
The rules of selecting a lawyer as an agent ad litem, as described in Paragraph 3 of Article 6, shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.The formulation of the rules, as referred to in the preceding paragraph, shall include the opinions of the Ministry of Justice and the Taiwan Bar Association.
