The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 89

After the debtor applies for liquidation, his/her lifestyle may not exceed the normal level of the general public. The court may also, on application of interested parties or on its own initiative, impose restrictions thereon.Without permission of the court, the debtor may not leave his/her place of residence. The court may also notify the Customs and Border Protection agency to restrict his/her exit.
中文原文 消費者債務清理條例第89條
債務人聲請清算後，其生活不得逾越一般人通常之程度，法院並得依利害關係人之聲請或依職權限制之。
債務人非經法院之許可，不得離開其住居地；法院並得通知入出境管理機關，限制其出境。
