The court's ruling on the initiation of the liquidation process shall include its year, month, day and hour, and shall become effective immediately.No appeal may be taken from a ruling under the preceding paragraph.

法院開始清算程序之裁定，應載明其年、月、日、時，並即時發生效力。
前項裁定，不得抗告。
