Rehabilitation and liquidation matters shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court where the domicile or residence of the debtor is located.If the court of jurisdiction cannot be determined under the preceding paragraph, the court at the place where the majority of the debtor's property is located shall have jurisdiction.

更生及清算事件專屬債務人住所地或居所地之地方法院管轄。
不能依前項規定定管轄法院者，由債務人主要財產所在地之地方法院管轄。
