The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 38

If necessary, the court may convene the creditors' meeting on its own initiative. When convening the creditors' meeting, the court shall predetermine the date, place and matters to be discussed at the meeting and shall publicly announce them within 5 days before the predetermined date.

法院於必要時得依職權召集債權人會議。
法院召集債權人會議時，應預定期日、處所及其應議事項，於期日五日前公告之。
