The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 137
When the ruling on release from obligations becomes final, unless otherwise provided for, the ruling shall apply to both declared and undeclared creditors. The same shall apply to third persons such as any joint debtor, guarantor, or security provider who has claims against the debtor. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not affect the rights of creditors against third persons such as any joint debtor, guarantor, or security provider of the debtor.

免責裁定確定時，除別有規定外，對於已申報及未申報之債權人均有效力。
對於債務人有求償權之共同債務人、保證人或為其提供擔保之第三人，亦同。
前項規定不影響債權人對於債務人之共同債務人、保證人或為其提供擔保之第三人之權利。
