At the time of completion of the final distribution, the administrator shall submit a report regarding the distribution to the court. After receipt of the report under the preceding paragraph, the court shall rule on the conclusion of the liquidation process. No appeal may be taken from a ruling under the preceding paragraph, and such ruling shall be publicly announced.

管理人於最後分配完結時，應即向法院提出關於分配之報告。
法院接到前項報告後，應即為清算程序終結之裁定。
前項裁定不得抗告，並應公告之。
