The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 123

After 30 days from the day following the public announcement of the list of claims, the administrator shall distribute the properties of the liquidation estate to the creditors when they become distributable. For the distribution under the preceding paragraph, the administrator shall prepare a distribution table, and state the sequence, proportion and method of distribution. The distribution table shall be approved by the court and shall be publicly announced. Any objection to the distribution table shall be filed with the court within 10 days from the day following the public announcement. The court shall rule on any objection under the preceding paragraph.

自債權表公告之翌日起三十日後，清算財團之財產可分配時，管理人應即分配於債權人。
前項分配，管理人應作成分配表，記載分配之順位、比例及方法。
分配表，應經法院之認可，並公告之。
對於分配表有異議者，應自公告之翌日起十日內，向法院提出之。
前項異議由法院裁定之。
