Code of Civil Procedure Article 516
The debtor may file with the issuing court an objection to the payment order in whole or in part without stating the reason therefor within the peremptory period of twenty days following the service of the payment order.The debtor may withdraw the objection prior to a successful mediation or the conclusion of the oral argument in the first court instance, but shall bear the mediation expenses or litigation expenses.

債務人對於支付命令之全部或一部，得於送達後二十日之不變期間內，不附理由向發命令之法院提出異議。
債務人得在調解成立或第一審言詞辨論終結前，撤回其異議。
