Code of Civil Procedure Article 466-4
Upon consent, the parties may file an appeal from the final judgment entered under ordinary proceeding by the court of first instance forthwith to the court of third instance if the parties agree that the finding of facts under such judgment is correct. The consent provided in the preceding paragraph shall be evidenced in writing and such writing shall be submitted to the court of first instance along with the notice of appeal.
