Code of Civil Procedure Article 436-14
In the case of any of the following, the court may, taking all circumstances into consideration and without taking evidence, find the facts and enter an equitable decision:1.Where both parties agree;2.Where the time and cost for taking evidence is manifestly disproportional to the claim demanded.

有下列各款情形之一者，法院得不調查證據，而審酌一切情況，認定事實，為公平之裁判︰一、經兩造同意者。
