Code of Civil Procedure Article 361
Where the original copy of a document produced must be returned, a written copy, photocopy, or excerpt copy thereof shall be included in the dossier.Where the original copy of a document as produced is suspected to be forged or altered, it shall be kept by the court before the conclusion of the action, except where it shall be handed over to other government agencies.

提出之文書原本須發還者，應將其繕本、影本或節本附卷。
提出之文書原本，如疑為偽造或變造者，於訴訟未終結前，應由法院保管之。
