Code of Civil Procedure Article 30
The transferee court is bound by the transfer ruling when such ruling becomes final and binding. The transferee court cannot retransfer the action to another court, except where the action is subject to another court's exclusive jurisdiction.

移送訴訟之裁定確定時，受移送之法院受其羈束。
前項法院，不得以該訴訟更移送於他法院。
