Code of Civil Procedure Article 241
Pleadings presented by the parties, transcripts, decisions, and other documents concerning the action which the court maintains shall be compiled by the court clerk as a dossier.The destruction or loss of a dossier shall be handled in accordance with another law.

當事人書狀、筆錄、裁判書及其他關於訴訟事件之文書，法院應保存者，應由書記官編為卷宗。
