Code of Civil Procedure Article 175

A person assuming the action as provided in Articles 168 to 172 inclusive and the preceding article shall move for assumption of the action as soon as he/she is able to assume the action. The opposing party may also move for the action to be assumed.

第一百六十八條至第一百七十二條及前條所定之承受訴訟人，於得為承受時，應即為承受之聲明。
他造當事人，亦得聲明承受訴訟。
