Code of Civil Procedure Article 133
Where the party or his/her agent has appointed an agent of service and the notice of such appointment has been given to the court from which the action is pending, the service shall be effectuated upon the agent of service.Where the plaintiff, movant, or appellant has no location where the service shall be effectuated in the Republic of China, he/she shall appoint an agent of service whose place of service locates in the Republic of China.

當事人或代理人經指定送達代收人向受訴法院陳明者，應向該代收人為送達。
原告、聲請人、上訴人或抗告人於中華民國無送達處所者，應指定送達處所在中華民國之送達代收人。
原告、聲請人、上訴人或抗告人於中華民國無送達處所者，應指定送達處所在中華民國之送達代收人。
